No-Refund Policy

CVTara plans and add-on packs are digital products. Access is delivered as soon as your payment is verified.

1. All payments are final

Every payment made on CVTara is final and non-refundable. Once you have paid, the amount is paid. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, pro-rata credits or transfers to another account, whatever the reason, including change of mind, unused allowance, not getting interviews or a job, or not using the product.

2. Please decide before you pay

Before you pay, check the plan, the number of resumes, cover letters and ATS checks, the access period and the price shown at checkout. By completing the payment you confirm that you have read this policy and accept it.

3. What a payment gives you

Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Add-on packs are tied to an active plan and end when that plan ends.

4. Referral rewards

Rewards linked to a payment that is reversed by your bank or payment provider are reversed too.
