In My Resumes choose Upload your resume and pick a Word, PDF or text file. We read it and fill the builder for you: contact details, every job, education, skills and more. Check each section, pick a template and download. Prefer to start fresh? Choose Choose a template. Every resume shows an ATS-friendly score; a properly filled resume scores 70% or more, and “What affects this score?” tells you exactly what to add. Saved resumes cannot be deleted, so your download credits always stay accurate, but you can edit any resume at any time.

Every ATS check uses 1 scan. Basic plans include 20 scans, Standard 40 and Pro 60. Add-on packs add more scans (valid until your plan ends). If a check cannot finish, no scan is used.

Your recent checks are listed under ATS Match with their summaries, so you can build from them later.

Keep every application in one place: company, role, stage, job link and follow-up date. We email a reminder on the follow-up day. A resume you prepare for a job (from an ATS check or the tailor form) is added automatically, and every clean download adds its credits to the same entry, so you never have to type it in twice. For these jobs we send up to three status reminders (a card in your workspace and an email, 3, 7 and 14 days after the job is added) asking what the status is now. After the third reminder we stop. Mark the job Offer or Closed, or tick “Stop status reminders for this job”, to stop sooner.
Drafts are free. You only use a credit when you download a clean (watermark-free) file. Resume credits and cover-letter credits are kept separately.
Create and save as many drafts as you need. Saving, editing and previewing never use a credit.
Fresher Basic has 10 resume downloads and 10 cover-letter downloads, plus one free primary resume (a one-time bonus with your first purchase).
Getting the same version as PDF and Word costs one credit, not two. If you edit it and download again, the new version uses a new credit.
Resume and cover-letter credits do not mix: using all 10 resume credits does not touch your 10 letter credits, and the other way round. When one runs out, buy an add-on pack for more.
“+10 resumes & +10 cover letters” adds 10 resume downloads and 10 cover-letter downloads on top of your plan (so 20 + 20 in total for Fresher Basic, plus the one-time free primary resume).
Add-on credits expire when your plan ends. If you renew before it ends, unused add-on credits move to the end of the renewed plan. They need an active plan to be used.
